MAXIMALIZE YOUR PARTICIPATION
As the part of the Slum-tv performance at Donaufestival 09 we will be producing our own DIY version of Romeo and Juliet. Our partner in this cultural voyage will be one of the local schools in Krems, Austria, and we will perform the work over a period of several days.
Extending our participatory approach, we also invite you to join us on this journey. Via our special festival blog at http://df.slum-tv.org, you will be able to make suggestions for plot changes and vote for different outcomes of the play. We assure you this is better than Second Life.
For those of you who want to take it a step further, we are also open to co-producers / sponsors of which there are three groups:
PLATINUM: For a contribution of over 1000 Euro you will receive 5 Tshirts, produced uniquely for this event, an opening credits (yeah!) in the production, and on the special edition DVD that we will produce, of which you will also receive 5. Your logo will be put on our website, as will your link, and we can almost guarantee you a resting place in heaven.
GOLD: For contributions of between 1000 and 100 Euro, you will receive 3 Tshirts and 3 special edition DVDs. As your contribution is smaller, so are your credits in the production (sorry) but you still get them. A place in heaven is harder to guarantee, but we'll try.
SILVER: For contributions of less than 100 Euro, you will receive 1 Tshirt and the DVD as DIY - burn it yourself. We guarantee you an end credit, and because we are nice guys, we will put in a good word with some people we know concerning your place in heaven.
Whether it is voting for characters online, suggesting the plot changes, or supporting us through your sponsorship, we hope that everyone can find a way to take part in Slum-tv spectacle and follow us in this specific cultural event. Amen.
